How Was My Diet Today????

Okay so today i had oatmeal and whole wheat crakers, then a banana about 2 hrs later next a pear about a 1 hr later then i had a quaker granola bar then i ate a piece of whole wheat bread and whole wheat crackers about 3 hrs later . Then i had carrots and brown rice 2 hrs later and then oatmeal again cause i was hungry and then a apple. I didnt eat meat cause whenever i eat meat i feel fat same goes for dairy products, eggs, and fish plus when i dont eat meat sure im hungry at nights and feel a little queasy but it makes me lose weight and feel slim. So how did i do best answer goes to who ever has some tips and info for me. Thanks :)

Too many carbs and not nearly enough veggies or protein. If it makes you queezy to cut it out, that is an obvious sign. And you have to get over the fact that it makes you feel "fat"...you have to have protein. Have to. HAVE TO. If you don't like meat, find a protein sub like nuts or tofu, but you have to have it.
